What is a Full Body MOT?
Basically the Body MOT' is massage or number of massages tailored to suit your particular needs. The main purpose of the Body MOT is for you to go away feeling refreshed, revived and relaxed, so just like with a car's MOT we will work on what you need working on.
A full body massage includes a head and facail massage.
The full Body MOT is a full body massage working on all your muscle groups, using either an oil or body dream (your choice) to help soften and re-hydrate the skin, this massage also includes the facial area and scalp, again re-hydrating the skin and working to flush out the lymph system from around the eye area in particular and also stimulate blood flow to the scalp encouraging healthy hair growth. This is the finished with a body rub with an ex foliating product to brighten the skins appearance and give your skin a healthy glow.

- This full Body MOT will take approximately one and a half hours to complete and will cost £45.00
The tailored Body MOT is designed by you, working on the areas you feel may be in need of a little working on. This can be simply a facial and scalp massage, or an ex foliating body rub to brighten your skins completion or maybe a particular massage that works on a particular 'troublesome' area, whether thats a painful or achy area or maybe an area that requires a cellulite treatment?
This Body MOT will the focus solely on the areas you want leaving the other areas for another time!
